The Caravan Handbook is published to provide information to caravan participants as well as basic instructional materials for caravan leaders.
The Handbook is used as the background source for the introduction to caravanning training seminars available at the WBCCI International Rally held each year. This training seminar is for beginning and experienced leaders alike. It is also open to all WBCCI members and provides a wealth of information for first time or experienced caravanners.
